12 - 16 June 2023, Nancy

Summer School on Mathematical Crystallography is organized by the Commission on Mathematical and Theoretical Crystallography of the International Union of Crystallography in Nancy (12 - 16 June 2023). It is the continuation of those organized in 2005, 2010 (two schools) and 2019.
The program focuses on an in-depth analysis of crystallographic symmetry, with many exercises on the use of the International Tables of Crystallography and the crystallographic server of Bilbao, and a day dedicated to the resolution and refinement of crystal structures with Jana2020.
The classes will be led by:
- Mois Aroyo, editor of Volume A of the International Tables of Crystallography and co-developer of the crystallographic server of Bilbao;
- Michal Dušek, co-developer of Jana2020;
- Massimo Nespolo
This school is supported by the French crystallography association
