| Description du poste : | Structural biochemist with expertise in TEM The main scope of the project is to document the binding site, orientation and mode of action of new peptidic effectors of a ligand-gated ionic channel, using TEM and complementary biochemical and biophysical methods. |
| Compétences requises : |
Reliable experience in expression/purification/biophysical characterization of soluble/membrane proteins and their complexes and in electron microscopy is mandatory. |
